Payment


All products remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.

The following payment options are available here in the online shop:

  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment by Mastercard
  • Payment by Visa
  • Payment by Maestro

 
When paying with PayPal, the sale is processed directly via the PayPal account. After submitting the order, the buyer is immediately forwarded to PayPal. As soon as the supplier has been informed of the authorisation from his PayPal account, the goods are dispatched, taking into account the specified delivery time.

 

Shipping


The dispatch takes place as an insured parcel. If several products have been ordered, they will be dispatched in a single parcel. The longest delivery time then applies to the dispatch.

Shipping within Germany:

Sending the products within Germany costs €6.

From a purchase value of €300, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

The delivery time is usually 1-4 working days after the end of the production time. This can vary depending on the product. Please refer to the information on the respective product when ordering.

Shipping to EU countries:

Sending products to other EU countries costs €20.

From a purchase value of €800, shipping to other EU countries is also free of charge.

The delivery time is usually 4-8 working days after the end of the production period. This can vary depending on the product. Please refer to the information on the respective product when ordering.

Shipping outside the EU:

Sending the products to other EU countries costs €50.

The delivery time is usually 4-10 working days after the end of the production period. This can vary depending on the product. Please refer to the information on the respective product when ordering.

For deliveries outside the EU (including Switzerland), additional taxes (import sales tax) and customs duties may be due, which are to be borne by the buyer and paid to the respective customs authority. Since customs determines these fees, the seller cannot calculate this in advance and assumes no responsibility for these customs measures. In addition, delivery times may be extended due to customs formalities.
